All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the
date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its
original packaging, in “as new” and re-saleable condition. We
regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used
products, special orders or customized merchandise. All packages
that are refused will shipped back to you freight collect.
We will accept a return for any item (minus delivery charges),
however, we may
charge a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in
sellable condition and in the original packaging. If you are returning an item because of an
error that we made, we will refund the price that you paid for
the item, and we will pay for return shipping. Please ship your
returns via UPS ground or USPS only! We cannot pay for shipping
charges if your return was shipped by any method other than USPS
(Regular) or UPS Ground. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt
until credit is issued, as 2ndstreet-cigars.com reserves the
right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior
to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days
of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit
to appear on your credit card statement.

We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a
variety of reasons, 2ndstreet-cigars.com will gladly exchange any
new product for a different color or style as it applies to the
item. You will not be charged a
restocking fee, however, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the
replacement product being sent back to you.
In the event any item that is not available for immediate
shipping and is back ordered from our supplier, we will email
you with the option to wait on the back ordered item or you can
choose an alternate item. Weather you choose to wait or cancel
the order, we will just need your reply via email within 7
Your order is important to us and we strive to package your
items carefully using the shipping address that you have
provided. Most orders received by 2pm PST (Mon. - Fri.) will
usually ship the same day, however, due to availability or peek shopping periods, some items may take up to 48 hours. 2nd Day Air will be delivered
on the second business day after the order is placed (this
excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). For areas such as
Alaska and Hawaii 2nd Day Air may be delivered the 3rd or 4th
business day. Next Day Air will be delivered on the
next business day after the order is placed (excludes Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays). Saturday deliveries are not available in
all areas and UPS rates will be automatically calculated for
Saturday deliveries. Surface shipping and Postal Service do not
have guaranteed delivery dates.
rates are based upon the weight of your order. As you checkout,
the weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against
the shipping method that you have selected. Some bulky items,
although light, are charged based on “dimensional weight” or the
space the package occupies in the delivery vehicle.
All orders require
approximately 24 hours to process and ship from the time of your
order. Oversized items may
be charged an additional fee. Packages shipped via UPS ground
usually arrive within 1-7 business days of the date shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may
vary depending on the destination. During holiday seasons we
cannot guarantee your package will be delivered to meet your
gift giving expectations, so please allow ample time for all UPS
shipping methods to arrive ahead of time.
We pride ourselves in the
ability to ship our products all over the world. However, some
locations require special shipping arrangements. Hawaii and
Alaska orders may only ship via UPS second day or next day air.
APO & FPO orders ship via the USPS. Please be aware, we only ship
APO/FPO orders on Fridays therefore the shipping times will be
delayed. We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
In the event your
package arrives damaged, please save all packaging material and
notify the delivery carrier for inspection.
Unfortunately, due to
manufacturer restrictions some products cannot be shipped
outside the United States.
